See attached clip. The editor is constantly saving, seemingly every second.

The landing page builder hardcodes the lang="en" attribute in the HTML header, even when the site content is manually set to Polish. This is a direct violation of WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 3.1.1 (Language of Page). Additionally, back-end validation errors (e.g., server-side "Something went wrong" messages) are not exposed in the editor, making them impossible to localize. This creates a fractured and confusing experience for non-English users.

This is a small matter but you keep sending notifications for webinars and the like through an AI chatbot that blocks me from doing the task that I logged on to do. The only way I can make it go away is check "I'm not interested". Even if I was interested I have to click that and then keep clicking to do what I want to do. (Usually add new subscribers.) Chatbot seems like the wrong interface for this entirely, it should be in a list of notifications or messages that I can check when I am ready to do that. Thanks.

Currently one can only work in one account at a time. This slows down campaign creation. It would be more efficient if I can work on 10 accounts at the same time in different tabs. Replicate a past campaign and go the the next tab do the same. Then cycle back to the first campaign etc. (this is much more efficient and fast as I can work concurrently - rather than having to wait for the computer and doing everything linearly. While the computer lags on the first campaign I am on tab 2 prepping that email and then going on etc. This can easily save almost 30 min when working on 8 accounts and scheduling concurrently rather than linerally and is not so frustrating as waiting for the computer to finish the last task.

While I truly have been mostly happy with MailerLite over the past 5 years, I am increasingly unhappy with the customer service/support I receive. I am not unhappy with the professionalism or quality of service I receive, the representatives are great, but I am unhappy that I have to continually upgrade my plan to receive any additional support other than via email. This is just bad business practice and chat support should be available at the very least to any paid customer.

Hi! The one thing that actively creates friction for me, and makes me regularly scan for alternatives, is the mindblowing of jankiness of the content editor when creating campaigns. Have tried with both the rich text and the "component"-based versions. Both suffer from constant glitches that honestly drive me nuts. Just a few examples: dragging a block sometimes ends up rendering it on top of other items. Undo seems to behave differently from OS-native undo, somehow. Sometimes the only recourse is to reload/leave the page. A classic example of "the features are there, but I hate using it", which is unfortunate, because otherwise I like the product. My fantasty: you create a 3-person strike team who put their minds and LLM:s on making rapid improvements of the UI quality here. Look to Linear for inspiration.

Also your site is incredibly slow - I'm waiting for 5 minutes at a time to get any response? Is anyone actively testing usability at your end??

It's currently difficult to see clearly which submenu you have active because the color difference is so small. A solid fund or other solution would help.
