Hi, I’m very frustrated at the moment and hoping someone can help me resolve this issue. I’ve been using the free version of MailerLite for quite a while and was about to go over the 500-subscriber limit when I suddenly hit a wall. Yesterday, MailerLite told me I needed to authenticate my email with my GoDaddy domain. I followed the automatic setup process, and it said everything was successfully completed. Unfortunately, even though it says the authentication is done, I still cannot send emails. Then I was told I needed to upgrade to the $10/month plan to get support, so I did that as well. After upgrading, I still couldn’t find a solution, and now I’m seeing that if I want live chat support, I have to pay even more. At this point, I’ve spent money and still can’t send emails or get clear help resolving the issue. Can someone please look into my account and help me get the authentication working properly?
