I would love to see a calendar view of the drafts and scheduled emails I have so I can more clearly see what days I need to fill in.

Every time I want to change a comma I have to cancel the shipment, enter, edit, save and reprogram, which involves a risk of making a mistake when setting the shipping date.

I have to change the language every time I publish a newsletter so that if they cancel my form will appear, when my language is Spanish and it doesn't make sense to have to change it every time

At present the RSS feed content has the majority of the hardcoded styles out. I can understand why you might want to restrict these styles to ensure compatibility. However, it strips the max-width: 100% from all full width images and replaces it with a hardcoded width: 540px and no max-width rule at all. This is fine for desktop but unusable for mobile. Please can someone update this ASAP as it makes the RSS feed import unusable. More generally, it would be great to have specific tags which could be used for button links (at present any a tag with hardcoded styles is having them stripped). And/or a way to add CSS for those portions.

Seems there is a disbalance between different metrics of report of our campaigns. Please see our latest campaign and figures on sheet "view email" comparing to "link activity". Cannot edit or create any newsletters

I am working on a campagin, composed by severeal emails and I have 14 drafts at the moment. I have quite some work reviewing each email, putting all the rights words and links. When I am finally done, I save and move on to the next, only to discover that the previous draft was not really saved, and I have to repeat the work with no guarantee that it'll be saved this time. What is the issue? Thank you

Hi, I’m very frustrated at the moment and hoping someone can help me resolve this issue. I’ve been using the free version of MailerLite for quite a while and was about to go over the 500-subscriber limit when I suddenly hit a wall. Yesterday, MailerLite told me I needed to authenticate my email with my GoDaddy domain. I followed the automatic setup process, and it said everything was successfully completed. Unfortunately, even though it says the authentication is done, I still cannot send emails. Then I was told I needed to upgrade to the $10/month plan to get support, so I did that as well. After upgrading, I still couldn’t find a solution, and now I’m seeing that if I want live chat support, I have to pay even more. At this point, I’ve spent money and still can’t send emails or get clear help resolving the issue. Can someone please look into my account and help me get the authentication working properly? In email campaign, we have one text block with multiple lines (event time and event title) and some of the lines (event title) have hyperlinks inserted. Every time we add a new line at the end, all hyperlinks above it would disappear + sometimes the line spacing get screwed (i.e., we see normal/proper line spacing and formatting when we edit, but preview mode shows different thing). This is very frustrating as our team have to work on the same content over and over again to fix this issue manually, and it takes 4x time than we actually need. We are also very worried that the emails, both content and formatting, will look different when we send the campaigns out.

When I start a new campaign, the system opens up to the content editing page. It used to open to the campaign details page, where I could put the campaign name and subject line in before I started designing the email. It puts an automatic campaign name in, which is not what I want and does not adequately identify my campaign, so I have to edit it. If I decide to send a test email as I'm creating the campaign, it arrives without a subject line. It's not a huge deal, but it's irritating and causes me extra work. Please put it back the way it was.
