Your team and I communicated back and for on this issue, but basically I couldn't log into the app to use it for the first time because Safari would give me a message "too many redirects" I had to install Google, and totally disable Safari - which is a multi-step process on the iPhone. You can't delete Safari, only disable it. This took way more time and effort on my part for a $400+ annual subscription. Tell your tech team to fix this.
