Unable to upload images to File Manager - receive doc type JSON error

I cannot upload images into the file manager for a monthly newsletter. I receive the attached error. We have checked file type. Some are HEIC and some are JPG.

Jeremy Miller thanks for flagging this! I’ve passed the File Manager upload issue (JSON doc type error with HEIC/JPG images) over to our engineering team to dig into, and we’ll follow up as soon as we have more info.
