- How often did you use the live chat feature before it was moved to a higher tier?

- I used both the Ai and live chats to figure out what I was doing. It was especially helpful because I didn't even know the questions to ask. It was very helpful to get the resources back from the chat that instructed me step by step on what I needed to do.
- I don't know that I have a record of my chat history - do you? I used it a lot when putting the website together, since I was on a time crunch and knew so little. So it may have been the 1st 14 days.
- No, we are already paying and don't need the other services yet. What confuses me is why a regular chat operated by AI isn't available at that level. As a client, I need answers right away rather than having to wait for an email.
