Formal complaint for an unresolved issue in the WooCommerce—MailerLite integration

I want to publicly record a serious problem that we have been suffering for more than 4 months with MailerLite and that, to this day, remains unsolved.
We have an ecommerce connected through WooCommerce, and the tool is failing in one of its most important features: tracking sales from email campaigns.
The problem is the following:
campaigns show orders correctly at first (for example, 2 orders, then 5...), but after a while those same orders disappear and the campaign now reflects 0 sales, as if they had never existed.
This makes it completely impossible to measure real results, calculate ROI, or make decisions based on data.
The most worrying thing is that:
We have been reporting the problem for months
We have provided screenshots, examples and technical access
The MailerLite team itself confirmed that it was able to replicate the error
And yet, we still have no solution or estimated date
Meanwhile, we're still paying for a tool that doesn't meet basic functionality for any ecommerce.
We understand that technical errors can arise, but what is not acceptable is the lack of resolution after months of follow-up and vague answers.
If anyone on the team can provide a real solution or a concrete update, we would appreciate it.
And if other users are experiencing something similar, it would be important to share it as well.
