Subscribers are the lifeblood of this product and our business. Having a way to troubleshoot bounces to resolve issues is a no brainer to add. The RAW SMTP code/data would allow us to troubleshoot bounce issues and resolve them instead of simply deleting a subscriber or adding them back without making an informed decision on the bounce reason or being able to fix it.

Raw SMTP Codes/Data in Campaign Deliverability Report Troubleshoot Bounces. ADD Here, simple upgrade: View bounces in campaign reports:

Navigate to Campaigns > Sent tab

Click View report on your campaign

Go to the Subscriber activity tab

Use the dropdown to filter by Hard bounce or Soft bounce

Add a column with Bounce Type and one for the RAW SMTP Code

Export bounce data:

In your campaign report, click the More button

Select Download report to export as CSV
