When a campaign is scheduled, the UI shows relative timing only (for example, “sending in 18 hours”) instead of the exact date and time.
To see the exact send time, the user must click into the campaign, which adds friction.
For users managing many scheduled campaigns, this creates confusion, extra clicks, and a higher risk of mistakes when reviewing or double-checking sends.
