I'm a Growing Business plan user. I try to email someone on the team about a problem, but the email support page just ask me to choose a topic and lead me to FAQ. And on the side it says only advanced plan user can get 24/7 support, which is controverse to another page that says "email support provided to paid users". Since I can't find the email, I will write this here. If this can't be solved in the next 48 hours, I will connect with all the executives of Mailerlite on Linkedln and escalate the problem with them.
