Hi Jenny,
We have identified a bug in this interface and we are working on fixing this.
This is what's happening:
The campaign scheduling datepicker sometimes resets if you are still in this page when the current minute rolls over to the next one.
For example:
If your current time is 01:30, and while you are still in this page, the minute jumps to 01:31, it resets.
