Quick couple questions so we can understand exactly what you’re looking for: which survey question type is it (single choice, multiple choice, dropdown, etc.)? And when you say mandatory, should the survey block submission until it’s answered? Lastly, are the answer options showing up side-by-side right now, and you’d like them always displayed one per line (stacked vertically) for that question?
