Filter Campaigns by who they were sent to

I was trying to see which campaigns got sent to which group, but under the Campaigns section, there appears to only be a way to filter by Campaign Type and to search by Campaign Name, and Campaign Subject line. Could we have a way to filter by Subscriber Groups / Segments?
Even if I go under "Groups", I thought there might be a history of emails sent, but under "History", it only shows when subscribers have been added.

- Are there specific types of campaigns or subscriber groups that are most important for you to filter by?
- Would you like to receive notifications or reports about the campaigns sent to specific groups?
