We would like to request the ability to set the date format in forms to a European format (DD-MM-YYYY) instead of the current American format (MM-DD-YYYY).

At the moment, the American date format is causing a lot of confusion for our customers, because we operate in a European market where DD-MM-YYYY is the standard. We use MailerLite forms to handle restaurant reservations more efficiently, but many customers do not understand how to correctly fill in the date field. As a result, we receive a significant number of phone calls asking for clarification or assistance.

This creates extra manual work for our team, while the purpose of using forms and automations is actually to reduce workload and streamline the reservation process.
