Honestly, it seems that every time you add new things, the platform becomes more complex and basic functionalities start to fail. And that's a serious problem.
What we need is not more “features”, but for the essentials to work well. In our case, something as critical as direct sales tracking hasn't been working properly for months.
In addition, there are new features that honestly don't provide real value within an email marketing tool. For example, the option to schedule appointments: what's the point of this here, when there are already specialized tools like Calendly or even Google Calendar that do this much better?
It seems that an attempt is being made to turn the platform into “all in one”, but at the cost of losing focus on what is really important: being a reliable email marketing tool.
And right now, at least in our case, it's not.
