Can't resubscribe

I was testing unsubscribing from selected lists, and on one of my email addresses I accidentally changed my account to unsubscribed. What's worse is that every time I attempted to resubscribe to a group it didn't work. I went in to my subscribers and saw that all the groups were still selected, but I couldn't send any email to it. I finally figured out I had to manually remove the unsubscribed status. How does a member remove the unsubscribed status? I would think that if they joined a new group that would do it.

- Did you receive any error messages or notifications when attempting to resubscribe?

Madina Umirbek when resubscribing I went to https://subscribepage.io/TonyBRichard and selected the lists I wanted and clicked subscribe. I found out yesterday that once a user unsubscribes from all groups, they can't subscribe again, they are locked out to prevent spam reports. If there is someone who wants back in they have to email me and I have to manually subscribe them again. They should put a warning when unsubscribing from all.
