actually have chat support or an email option to reach tech support.

cannot find anywhere to reach tech support. My account was terminated. I expect a full refund and cannot connect with anyone at MailerLite

I logged in, clicked on "Help" then Contact Us, then scrolled to the bottom. Chat support is not working. I clicked on Email Support to create a ticket, and it kicks me back to "How can we help". There is no pop up to send an email. It is circular and I spent 20 minutes trying to get get a refund.

I need a full refund sent since you canceled my account upon the first email that I tried to send.
