I would like to share structured feedback on the group events feature. After connecting a calendar (such as Google Calendar), I was able to confirm that the ability to limit the number of participants in group events works correctly and is very useful. However, there are some limitations that significantly reduce the effectiveness of the tool for our use case. In particular, the requirement to connect Stripe even for free events is an unnecessary constraint. It would be important to be able to manage group events without any payment integration when it is not needed. Another critical aspect is the lack of localization of the checkout page, which remains in English. For those working with an Italian audience, this creates friction and negatively impacts conversion. Additionally, form customization is currently too limited. It would be essential to allow more advanced custom fields, similar to those available in standard forms. In particular: checkboxes (both required and optional) multiple-choice fields, as already available in standard forms For example, in our case we would need to include: one mandatory checkbox for accepting the privacy policy and terms and conditions optional checkboxes for consent to profiling optional checkboxes for marketing communication preferences Overall, the feature has great potential and is very close to being a complete solution for managing group events. With these improvements, it would become perfectly suited to real operational needs like ours.
